Refund Policy

1. Booking Amount Refunds

At Bharat Seva, we understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy for booking amounts is as follows:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: Full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation after 48 hours but before vehicle allocation: 80% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation after vehicle allocation but before delivery: 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellation after vehicle delivery process has begun: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bharat Seva account.
  2. Navigate to "My Payments" section in your profile.
  3. Select the booking for which you wish to request a refund.
  4. Click on "Request Refund" and provide a reason for cancellation.
  5. Submit your request.

Our team will review your request and process it according to the refund policy outlined above.

3. Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds to UPI accounts will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds to bank accounts will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Special Circumstances

In case of product unavailability, manufacturing defects, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from fulfilling your order, a full refund will be provided regardless of the time elapsed since booking.
